4. Add your fillings in the center of the rice layer. Be careful not to add too much or your sushi will be difficult to roll up.

5. Wet your fingertips with water and use them to pick up the edges of the bamboo mat. Slowly roll everything up together until you have a nice, tight roll of sushi. Slice into pieces and enjoy!
